For over 30 years, I've had the privilege of working alongside organizations, executives, and stakeholders, helping them fulfill their mission and achieve remarkable growth and sustainability.

Through my executive coaching, leaders have experienced remarkable professional and personal development, leading to thriving organizations. It's gratifying to note that seven of my coaching clients have gone on to become Chief Executive Officers, a testament to their growth and success.

In my coaching, I am passionate about helping leaders and individuals set aspirational, measurable, and realistic goals that drive amazing success. By actively listening, asking impactful questions, and providing support and accountability, I ensure future growth, capacity building, and meaningful relationships at work and home.

In addition to my coaching experience, I bring over twenty years of expertise in providing professional mental health counseling services. I have worked with diverse clients, including children, families, adults, marriages, and the elderly.

Yes - 100% confidential! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist, health care professional, attorney, accountant, etc.

The time your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. Initially, for many coaching clients, 4-6 sessions help them resolve notable challenges. Even more growth is realized if one chooses to continue on with additional sessions, in an effort to support their short and long-term professional and/or person growth and development goals.

In light of the efficiency and effectiveness that many have come to experience in meeting virtually, most sessions, especially outside of greater West Michigan, occur virtually. This venue allows for my coaching to be accessed globally. However, I am glad to discuss in-person possibilities.
