Meet Sam Beals
Welcome! For over 30 years, I've had the privilege of working alongside many individuals with diverse backgrounds to executives, organizations, and stakeholders helping them fulfill their mission and achieve remarkable growth and sustainability.
Through my executive coaching, leaders have experienced remarkable professional and personal development, leading to thriving organizations. It's gratifying to note that seven of my coaching clients have gone on to become Chief Executive Officers, a testament to their growth and success.
In my coaching, I am passionate about helping leaders and individuals set aspirational, measurable, and realistic goals that drive amazing success. By actively listening, asking impactful questions, and providing support and accountability, I ensure future growth, capacity building, and meaningful relationships at work and home.
In addition to my coaching experience, I bring over twenty years of expertise in providing professional mental health counseling services. I have worked with diverse clients, including children, families, adults, marriages, and the elderly.
